Product Information
Boohbah is the new hit series on PBS KIDS! From the creators of the
award-winning Teletubbies, this series promotes activity and creativity among
children ages 2-6. It is intended to foster a style of active viewing in which
the things that children learn from viewing are not determined primarily by the
content of the program, but rather by the ways that young viewers (and the
grown-ups who care about them) engage with the program. The software will
extend this mission with creative activities to expand children's minds and fun
interactive activities that will have the children get up from the computer and
dance!
Humbah, Zumbah, Zing Zing Zingbah, Jumbah and Jingbah are five sparkling atoms
of energy powered by the laughter of children! In this adventure you can
create your own Boohbah exercise routines, make your own real Boohbah music,
play a Look What I Can Do! matching game, and play a silly game with Little Dog
Fido! Create exercise routines from 20 real Boohbah movements along with
playing a seashell scramble game!
Activities Include:
- Boohball: Light up the skies with your own Boohball trails!
- A Present for the Storypeople: Decorate as many presents as you
can. Decorate each with beautiful colors and patterns!
- Wrapping Paper: Make your own wrapping paper, and watch what
happens when you use the magic kaleidoscope!
- Storyworld Picture Book: Create your own Storyworld adventures
using real poses, backgrounds and presents from the show!
