FEATURES- Patriot 680 GSA/TAA-compliant Departmental Duplex Scanner
The Visioneer Patriot 680 is a duplex flatbed scanner that was
designed specifically for departmental use and can be programmed to
automatically scan up to 99 different destinations and be
customized for each person or workflow in the department. The
Visioneer Patriot 680 also has an 8.5" x 14.5" flatbed that can
accommodate documents up to legal size and scans up to 80 images
per minute (ipm) for double-sided documents.
The GSA compliant Patriot 680 color duplex departmental flatbed
scanner uses a 100-page capacity ADF to scan documents at 40 ppm
and 80 ipm through hi-speed USB 2.0.
The pre-set Visioneer One Touch feature can be configured to scan to
99 destinations eliminating multiples steps to scan-to-email, to-
print or searchable PDF. Software bundle includes Kofax VRS, and
ScanSoft OmniPage. The use of departmental scanners for regulatory
compliance is sharply on the rise from Sarbanes-Oxley to the
Patriot Act to SEC 17(a). The Patriot 680 easily converts scanned
documents into text-searchable PDF files at the press of a single
button.
