Return Policy Customers may return selective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You must obtain return authorization before returning any item. Send an email message to support@magoenterprise.com to request a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in MAGoenterprise.com return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at MAGoenterprise.com's sole discretion. * Please note - 15 day limit on the return of Camcorders, Digital Cameras, PDAs, Laptops, Desktop Computers, Portable DVD Players, Computers Accessories, Water filters, Perishable Gourmet Items, Sunglasses, And Watches - Opened satellite boxes & systems (or activated cards) may not be returned. Exchanges done by the manufacturer. - No returns on opened software, video games or gaming systems. If a product is refused or you cancel your order (after shipping), shipping and a 3% handling fee will be deducted. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged in transit or is defective. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Once the product arrives at MAGo Enterprise, either a refund will be issued or we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit, some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from MAGo Enterprise invoice date. After 30 days, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) Please refer to the applicable manufacturer for details if stricter policies apply. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Please also insure your return package. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. For exchanges, customers are charged a second time shipping cost, based on the number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested. |
